What do I like to cook??

So on top of doing the vlog on YouTube, I am really trying to keep up with making this blog up to date. Today was a lazy day. I didn't have class so I just lounged around the apartment and watched a few movies. After this blog I'm going to do 30 minutes of pilates that WW has on their website. I've been really wanting to try pilates since lifting weights to me is way too boring. I'll let y'all know how I liked the work out. I have really been trying to incorporate a third day of exercise into my routine. The diet is so simple to me that I really don't even have to think about it but trying to get the motivation to add a third day of exercise is so hard for me. I'm just so lazy lol.

Well the whole reason for this entry was to show you guys a few things I made today. I really like eating at home because this is the only sure fire way of knowing the exact amount of points I have eaten. For breakfast I accidently made an omelet. Now you might be wondering how does someone accidently make an omelet? Well usually I just cook up scrambled egg beaters but I walked away for too long and when I came back the egg beaters were already almost done cooking and looked like a pancake. I decided that I was going to have an omelet for breakfast instead of the breakfast sandwich I usually make. I added 1/4 cup of 2% Mexican cheese to the middle with a few other spices and then toasted a bagel thin and added a little reduced fat cream cheese (I love cheese so much). Here is a picture of the finished product!

Egg beaters: 1 point
Mexican cheese: 2 points
Bagel thin: 3 points
Cream cheese: 1 point
Total of 7 points for breakfast

Since I ate breakfast/brunch so late I wasn't hungry till dinner time. So I made chicken with a side of cottage cheese and a side salad.

1 1/2 oz. of sauteed chicken: 1 pt
1/2 cup of cottage cheese: 2 pts
salad: 0 pts (yay!)
2 Tablespoons of Fat free Italian Caesar dressing: 1 pt

For a snack I love having Honey Nut Cheerios with skim milk. Keeps me full and helps with my sugar cravings.

Losing weight ON A CRUISE!!

Like the title says I LOST WEIGHT ON MY CRUISE!!!

I can't believe it! I stepped on the scale when I got back and decided that before I saw the number that I would be okay with it. I ate what I wanted on my cruise but ALWAYS used portion control! I also always made sure to eat a piece of fruit with my "not so healthy" meal to make my my meal fuller so that I would feel satisfied a lot faster.

And.........

This week I lost 2.6 lbs! I literally weighed myself 4 times to make sure the scale was telling the truth! That means that as of week 7 I have lost a total of 31.2 lbs!!!!! I can definitely see it which is amazing! To think I was carrying 31.2 extra pounds around this whole time! No wonder I felt tired. Thank you Weight Watchers. Nothing can stop me now!

Weight Watchers: One Month In

Weight Watchers is AMAZING! I am absolutely obsessed with it! I've already lost 25lbs and it's only been 5 weeks!

WW got concerned because I'm losing weight too fast. I know that I need to be cautious of that. I don't want to lose weight too fast and then have the issue of loose skin (ew).

But I really wanted to start this blog to be able to post pictures. I love looking at pictures (hello I'm a photographer lol) of the food people on WW are making.

I would just make video doing that but who wants 4 or 5 videos from one person on Youtube. It does get a little annoying. So the next best thing is just post them here. So I hope you guys check back for pictures, recipes, and words of encouragement. When I set my mind to do something I do it. I don't let anything else change my mind about what my goal should be.

Have a great week and check back soon!

Oh and before I go, here's a picture of what a typically breakfast is for me:

I call it my "normal breakfast".

(click on image if it is not showing)
Two 1/4 cups of Egg Beaters, Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Thin, 1 1/2 tablespoons of WW cream cheese, 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese. (Total of 7 points)

If I'm still hungry (which I'm usually not but if I am) I'll have a cup of green grapes.
